Job Description

  • Draft, review and manage various commercial contracts like sales, purchase, vendor, and distribution agreements.
  • Help with compliance tasks, including ethics training, ethics reports and
  • Handle corporate administration tasks such as obtaining secretary certificates, reviewing meeting minutes, and etc.
  • Support labor lawsuit cases.
  • Review contracts carefully , responsible for contracts file and contracts keepings.
  • Communicate with outside lawyers and report updates to the legal head at headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course or equivalent.
  • With in-house legal counsel work experience is an advantage
  • At least 1 year and above experience in legal department
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues.
  • Knowledge of corporate and labor laws.
  • With Audit defense experiences

Skills Required

  • Fluent in English
  • With strong communication skills, both in speaking and writing.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel and Power Point
