The Qualifications We Seek2+ years of experience in a data analyst or reporting role

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions

Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of VBA, Power Query, and SharePoint scripts (a plus, not required)Experience in cross-functional teams or BPO/corporate services environment

Proven ability to build and maintain reusable reporting templates and workflows

Your Daily TasksDesign and maintain standardized reporting templates for cross-functional teams

Build Excel-based visualizations using pivot tables and charts

Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, array formulas) for data manipulation

Create Excel templates to streamline repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure timely delivery

Maintain data integrity and version control via SharePointSupport and train team members on effective use of templates and tools

Develop documentation and training materials for report usage

Assist in implementing data quality checks and audits
