We are seeking an entry-level but dynamic Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department at Mazda Makati. This leadership role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality repairs, and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate shall have a strong passion for automotive excellence and a firm commitment to delivering vehicles fixed right the first time, while building a productive and positive team environment.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective warranty claim processing procedures to ensure prompt settlements and accurate payment tracking.
  • Ensure high-quality service and repairs are delivered consistently.
  • Uphold a clean, professional, and welcoming service environment.
  • Model and maintain the highest ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Innovate and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure each vehicle is returned in excellent condition, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the workflow within the Parts Department and intervene proactively to address delays or issues.
  • Collaborate with all dealership departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and promote dealership-wide goals.
  • Review charges with customers to ensure transparency and eliminate surprises.
  • Oversee inventory levels, parts ordering, and merchandising to support efficient operations and sales growth.
  • Track and manage department finances, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer value.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably at least supervisory level in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
