About the role

We are seeking an experienced Auto Parts Manager to join our dynamic team at Max888 Motors Inc.' in Makati City Metro Manila. As the Auto Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our automotive parts inventory, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers and maintain a competitive edge in the market. This is a full-time position based in our Makati City showroom.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and maintain an optimal inventory of automotive parts and accessories to meet customer demand
  2. Oversee the ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of parts to our service center and sales teams
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory turnover, reduce waste, and maximize profitability
  4. Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future parts requirements and make informed purchasing decisions
  5. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient parts delivery and customer satisfaction
  6. Supervise and train the parts counter staff, ensuring excellent customer service
  7. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on parts inventory, sales, and financial performance
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar automotive parts management role
  2. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components, and inventory management best practices
  3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  4. Proficient in inventory management software and data analysis tools
  5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of parts counter staff
  6. Strong communication and customer service skills
  7. Bachelor's degree in Automotive Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
