Department: Service Delivery

Work Model: WFO
Location BGC, Taguig
Shift Type: Rotational shifts in EST (night shifts)
Position Summary:
Advanced System Administrator is a skilled technician who is responsible for handling back-end infrastructure support as well as advanced second-level support of service requests in a professional & timely manner and managing the activities and responsibilities of the service desk team. This relates to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
Advanced System Administrators have effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, experience with managing servers and SMB network infrastructures and advanced experience in end-user support. Success for them is when they can confidently interact with the user and solve a complex infrastructure-related problem.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Undergraduate with minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 4-5 Years of experience in IT Domain working for US/EME/AUS A clients
- Experience of working with teams of English-speaking countries
- Excellent customer service skills
Requirement:
- Hands-on experience on user Active directory administration & management
- Hands-on experience with user Office 365 administration & management
- Advance knowledge of Windows 10 diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Advance knowledge of Windows server roles i.e., AD, FNP, DHCP, DNS, RDS
- Advanced knowledge of Application support and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Azure
- Windows networking basics and management i.e., Firewalls, Switches, ISP,
- Understanding of Backups
- Understanding of VMware and Hyper-V
- Root Cause Analysis and Incident Analysis/Trending
