Job Details:Advanced System Administrator is a skilled technicians who isresponsible for handling back-end infrastructure support as well asadvanced second-level support of service requests in a professional& timely manner and managing the activities and responsibilitiesof the service desk team. This relates to all technology, includingworkstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specifichardware and software.Advanced System Administrators have effective communicationskills, problem-solving skills, experience with managing servers andSMB network infrastructures and advanced experience in end-usersupport. Success for them is when they can confidently interactwith the user and solve a complex infrastructure-related problem.Eligibility:• >=5 years of IT or related domain.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Excellent customer service skills.• Education: Graduate (Any stream) preferably in computer science or related fieldJob Responsibilities:• Windows Server support.• Advanced Desktop Troubleshooting.• Windows Server Administration.• Active Directory Administration.• O365/MS Exchange (2010 or higher) or Hybrid administration.• Backup administration.• LAN/WAN troubleshooting and diagnosis.• Basic private and public cloud administration.• Server and network alert management and remediation.• Server antimalware administration and resolution
