We are seeking a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer to lead our sales initiatives and identify effective strategies to increase company revenue. The role involves developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing solutions that align with customer needs. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, results-oriented, and knowledgeable about industry trends and sales best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Contact potential clients to promote company products and services, and drive sales conversions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments for complex concerns.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate their value.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including transactions, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer preferences and market demands.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to recommend optimal solutions for clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies, customer engagement, and industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
