We are seeking a detail-oriented Reports Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our client's Human Resources Information Systems. This position plays a vital role in ensuring HR data accuracy, supporting system improvements, and delivering timely reports that inform key HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records .

Conduct regular data audits and ensure system integrity .

Provide first-level HRIS support to internal stakeholders .

Collaborate on system enhancements, upgrades, and testing .

Generate HR reports and metrics for internal use .

Participate in process mapping and documentation projects .

Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Assist with HR audits and provide required documentation .

Support change management initiatives for new HR processes .

Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed .

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Information Systems, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)

Familiarity with HR concepts, systems, and reporting practices .

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word .

Exposure to process improvement, HR system implementation, project coordination, and change management is a plus .

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills .

Ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently .

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills .

Discreet in handling confidential and sensitive data .

Amenable to work a night shift schedule in a hybrid setup based in Ayala, Makati.
