Warehouse Helper

• Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment, which may include exposure to temperature variations, noise, and dust.
• The role requires continuous physical activity.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

A. Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety (Sweeper Functions)

• Maintain Cleanliness: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down all warehouse floors, aisles, storage racks, and surfaces to ensure a debris-free work area.
• Hazard Prevention: Promptly identify and clean up spills, broken materials, and other potential slip, trip, or fire hazards.
• Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste and recycling materials properly, and ensure outdoor dock areas are clean and clear.
• Equipment Care: Clean and maintain warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as directed and certified), and designated cleaning machinery.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure aisles and emergency exits are always clear and comply with all company safety policies and health regulations.

B. Warehouse Support (Helper Functions)

• Loading and Unloading: Assist in the manual loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing delivery trucks.
• Material Movement: Move, stack, and organize materials and products within the warehouse using manual equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Order Assistance: Provide support to the picking and packing team by retrieving, staging, or putting away materials as needed.
• Inventory Support: Assist with inventory duties, such as counting stock, labeling items, and organizing products on shelves and racks.
• General Duties: Perform other general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: From Php550.00 per day
