Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Station Head to lead our sales operations and station management in Palawan. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on oversight of warehouse and administrative functions. The Station Head will drive business growth by expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with key accounts in the beverage and wine industry. Candidates should have at least 5 years of sales or business development experience in FMCG, wine, or related industries, with proven success in managing regional operations. Strong leadership, communication, and market knowledge of Palawan are essential, along with the ability to travel extensively across the region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Expansion and Growth
- Conduct market analysis to identify new customers, sales channels, and expansion opportunities.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with retailers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and event organizers.
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive initiatives to increase brand presence and market share in Palawan.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and support the regional sales team in executing initiatives to achieve revenue growth.
- Set, monitor, and achieve regional sales targets aligned with company KPIs.
- Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow key accounts across Palawan.
- Provide responsive customer support and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular visits, follow-ups, and feedback gathering to sustain long-term client relationships.
Market and Industry Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and consumer trends.
- Provide actionable regional insights to guide product positioning and strategies.
- Prepare timely sales reports, pipeline updates, and feedback on challenges and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to implement localized campaigns, events, and launches.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure efficient inventory and delivery management.
- Work closely with other sales teams to align efforts and share resources.
Administrative and Compliance
- Ensure proper execution and filing of contracts, agreements, and documentation.
- Comply with all regulations governing alcohol distribution in Palawan.
- Manage regional budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of sales and marketing resources.
Sales Administration and Reporting
- Maintain accurate system entries: leads, contacts, and scheduling.
- Adhere to commercial processes including requests for samples, gap-fit analyses, business trips, and projections.
- Submit end-of-day summaries, monthly plans, and trimester reports for performance tracking.
Station & Warehouse Management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock control.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking in Odoo.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transport teams for timely deliveries.
- Conduct stock counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor warehouse utility expenses.
- Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or other related fields.
- Advance Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analysis tools.
- Ability to speak English in a professional setting
- 5+ years of experience working in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in the beverage, wine, or FMCG industries.
- Proven experience in managing sales operations in multiple regions, especially in Palawan.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in the Palawan regions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Background in Hospitality Industry is not required but an advantage
