Job description

As the Production Operations Head, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production operations are executed with utmost precision, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have a data-driven mindset with a keen eye for details, possess a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry, and demonstrate perseverance in tackling challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will play an important role in our Food Manufacturing team by:

  • Analyzing and endorsing implementing business plans for the production operations; ensuring that these are aligned with the Group's overall goals and the Cooperative's purpose, principles, values, and strategies
  • Generating and submitting reportorial requirements to Management
  • Providing support and advice for improvements, acquisitions, and other projects as needed
  • Reviewing, recommending, and investigating reports on violations of Rules and Regulations/Code of Conduct, and ensuring that appropriate action steps are in place to avoid the recurrence of the violations in the future
  • Implementing the quality plan as agreed with the clients to provide products/outputs that consistently comply with quality and food safety standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or Business Administration, or a 4-year technical degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in Manufacturing management, preferably in a process-oriented operations and/or related industry.
  • Willing to work in Brooke's Point Palawan
