Head Bartender

The Head Bartender is responsible for overseeing bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of drink preparation. This role involves supervising bar staff, managing inventory, and creating innovative cocktails while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Beverage Specialist in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end bar.
• Expertise in cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and flavor pairings.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and craft beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Creativity and passion for crafting unique beverage experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
• Certification in Bartending or Mixology is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in El Nido, Palawan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
