We are currently looking for a Dropship Associate I to be part of our Back Office Operations team. This is a project-based role with an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact process supporting global retail operations.
What You'll Do
As a Dropship Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely handling of orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Reviewing and resolving customer service requests related to dropship orders
- Managing vendor communications via email and ticketing systems
- Handling order updates: entering tracking numbers, updating expected shipment dates, and processing cancellations
- Making and receiving calls to/from vendors when required
- Supporting escalations and tracking order resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams and attending daily virtual meetings with US-based counterparts
- Performing additional tasks as assigned

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team player with strong active listening and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general PC navigation
- Capable of attending virtual meetings with video and audio
Preferred but Not Required:
- Interest or background in the automotive industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
