Responsibilities


• Plan and successfully execute continuous improvement projects to meet goals and support strategic priorities, delivering recommended improvements with supporting business rationale.


• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical designs.


• Participate in technical evaluation and/or assessments of Automation requirements.


• Break down program specifications into its simplest elements and translate this logic into a programming language required by the RPA/Automation solution.


• Commit to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and delivering quality results.


• Assists in the automation lifecycle by managing production environments and migrations, ensuring separation of duties.


• Monitor and report the performance and results of automated solutions.


• Maintenance of client and company documentation.


• Drive innovation within the department.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities


• Quick technical learner – able to pick up sets of responsibilities quickly.


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of client success.


• Proven ability in best practices for RPA design standards.


• Knowledge in creating Visual Basic, Power Automate, MS Sharepoint workflows.


• Proficient in requirements gathering and process mapping.


• Prior work experience in designing process workflow, building, testing and implementing RPA solutions ensuring top quality.


• Skill with staging and deploying the automation solution from testing to live production stages and post-production support.


• Previous experience with working with RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan) is a plus.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any relevant degree


• 4 years experience in software programming and Robotics Process Automation


• Amenable to Contract based w/ possibility of absorption


• Amenable to 2-3 days Onsite in BGC, Taguig


• Amenable to 3pm-12mn shift


• Can START ASAP
