Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Software Developer (IT) to design, develop, and maintain modern web and software applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Cursor, GitHub, and Railway, with a strong foundation in collaborative coding, cloud deployment, and efficient software lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Use Cursor for AI-assisted code development, debugging, and optimization.
  • Manage version control, branching, and collaborative development workflows through GitHub.
  • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications using Railway cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other developers, UI/UX designers, and system administrators to deliver robust solutions.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing and deployment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Continuously research and apply new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in software development or IT programming roles.
  • Strong understanding of Cursor for AI-assisted coding and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency with GitHub for source control, pull requests, and collaborative development.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on Railway or similar cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, Go, etc.).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, database management, and containerized environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Docker, etc.).
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
