Summary of Responsibilities and Authorities:

Performs unit clerical tasks such as recording, filing, updating inventories, releasing supplies, encoding, printing, etc.

Detailed Responsibilities and Authorities:

  1. On Certification

  2. Files soft copies of final reports of certification activities per school year/school, and

  3. Assists Associate for Records Management in segregation, distribution, or retrieval of files.

  4. On Communications

  5. Records minutes of the meeting during unit meeting,

  6. Answers simple queries via unit phone or email, and

  7. Checks and forwards emails for Associate and/or Unit officer for proper action.

  8. On Unit Operations

  9. Updates inventories of materials and equipment for the Certification Unit,

  10. Forwards request of office materials and supplies to CU Head,
  11. Releases and monitors supplies,
  12. Does encoding and printing tasks, and
  13. Attends Unit meetings and activities.

Minimum Qualifications (e.g., Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification)

  • Graduate of at least two-year secretarial course
  • Exposed to clerical/office assistant or related job
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerpoint, etc.)
  • Proficient communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Possesses good time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work individually or collaborate with a team
  • Flexible and adaptable in various situations
  • Willing to travel

Job Types: Fixed term, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
