Field Auditor

Fruitas Holdings, Inc. is looking for an Field Auditor to join our growing team

In this key role, you will have the opportunity to assess and enhance the quality management systems across our operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong auditing skills, and are excited about contributing to the success of a fast-growing company in the food and beverage industry, we'd love to have you on board

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in quality management audit, preferably in the food industry.

- Strong understanding of quality management principles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct audits to assess the quality management systems and operational processes within the company.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and food safety regulations.

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

- Prepare audit reports, documenting findings, and providing actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate with different departments to implement quality improvement initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken after audits.

- Assist in developing and maintaining audit policies, procedures, and checklists.

- Provide support during external audits and ensure the company is prepared for any compliance reviews.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to quality management.
