JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Field Auditor to join our growing retail operations team. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a passion for improving store performance. You will be responsible for auditing multiple retail branches to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and high customer service standards, while also providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct routine audits across retail branches to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Assess inventory accuracy, sales processes, and overall store presentation
  • Monitor customer service practices and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance
  • Create and submit detailed audit reports with observations and recommendations
  • Work closely with store teams to implement corrective measures and share best practices
  • Analyze sales data and operational KPIs to identify performance gaps
  • Assist in staff training related to compliance, operations, and company standards
  • Take part in special activities such as store openings, promotions, or seasonal campaigns
  • Contribute to customer engagement efforts, including social media support and feedback tracking

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, auditing, or store operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word); strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for retail engagement
  • Experience in online selling or live streaming is an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Must be willing to travel to various store branches and work flexible schedules (weekends/holidays included)
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
