About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSenior Recruitment Specialistwith a strong background inhiringniche profilesto join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that meets our workforce demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment interviews and candidate management for Contact Center Recruitment, Non-Class Based, Specialized, or Niche Roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and campus recruitment drives.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in volume hiring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Contact Center Recruitment Hiring, Non-Class Based, Specialized, or Niche Hiring.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse).
  • Preferrably with experience in BPO recruitment or volume recruitment.
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
