Job Descriptions:

  1. Directly reports to the Managing Director on matters regarding Operations.

  2. Generate Sales quota with an average of Php 800,000 per month

  3. Conduct Weekly Sales Call Tuesday-Thursday to at least 10 accounts

  4. Develop New Sales Leads, an average of 5 accounts per month

  5. Executes all tactical and strategic selling of the products and services offered by

the agency.

  1. Prepares Business Proposals, Sales Contracts, and Tour Package Costing.

  2. Acts as the middleman between clients, suppliers, and the management,

ensuring proper communication is in place.

  1. Conducts business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and

institutional selling through telemarketing, sales calls and presentations, email

blasts, and other sales techniques.

  1. Regularly attends Sales meetings.

  2. Responsible for placing orders with the suppliers.

  3. Monitors business leads.

  4. Provides an updated client database of the agency.

  5. Other functions that may arise from time to time.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in Travel Agency

  • Hands-on experience as a Supervisor and Assistant Operations Manager

  • Good communication skills

  • Willing to work alabang area
