JOB SUMMARY:

To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/PrincipalRecruiterin an assigned Human Resource sub-function such asRecruitment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:

3. Performs end-to-end activities in the selection process:
   • Conducts phone screening
   • Does front desk administration by entering candidate information into Taleo database
   • Interviews candidates for entry-level positions
   • Administers language and online assessments
   • Conducts job offers and handles background checks of candidates
4. Coordinates with internal stakeholders forrecruitmentrequirements and evaluate therecruitmentprocess

5. Participates in other sourcing strategies such as joining job fairs and other offsite events

6. Special Projects: Provides logistics / administrative assistance in department or organization-wide programs / events

7. Personal Development: Discusses personal development plan with linemanagerand provides progress updates periodically for each performance review cycle

8. May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub-functions within HR

9. Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Background: College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or other related course
• Professional Experience: Fresh graduate or with relevant work experience
• Must possess analytical skills and customer focus.
• Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences
• Must be flexible with working schedules, depending on business need.
• Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
