DIRECT MESSAGING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

Tao of Trading is looking for an experienced Direct Messaging (DM) Setter with a strong command of English to join our growing sales team. This is a remote role designed for those with a background in banking, finance, or insurance sales, who are confident in engaging leads through conversational messaging across social platforms.

About the Role

As a DM Setter, you'll be responsible for initiating and nurturing conversations with potential leads via direct messaging on social media platforms to qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience as a setter, and who thrives in a results-driven environment. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our leads, so a very strong command of English, professionalism and communication skills are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify leads through direct messages (DMs) across social channels

  • Manage conversations

  • Identify high-quality prospects and book sales calls

  • Follow up with leads consistently and politely

  • Update our sales CRM and provide accurate lead notes to the sales team

Required Sales & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • Strong command of written English (clear, persuasive, and professional tone)

  • Previous experience as a DM Setter or in a similar appointment-setting role in a sales team

  • Background in finance, banking, or insurance sales preferred

  • Confident navigating conversations around past trading experiences if any

  • Comfortable working independently with remote tools.

  • Previous experience with a U.S. company is considered a plus

Type of Work – Remote from home

Work Hours – Mondays to Fridays (8 hours per day), 5pm to 1am Philippines Time

Salary: ₱20k – 30k + commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
