Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and oversee preliminary preparations for network operations and ensure smooth transition from transition phase to live operation.
  • Plan and implement network acceptance (business and technical plans) to guarantee stable network operation post-acceptance.
  • Enhance O&M contract quality; clarify delivery scope and requirements with clients.
  • Formulate risk control measures and implement action plans.
  • Manage subcontractor strategies, contracts, forecasts, and performance.
  • Oversee knowledge management lifecycle including transfer, documentation, and skills development of O&M teams.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • OSP/FTTx field maintenance and operations management
  • Strong coordination and people management
  • Maintenance and spare parts management
  • Project management, quality management, and control
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Experience:

  • At least 5 years' work experience in field maintenance or related discipline
  • Experience handling O&M activities, subcontractor management, and customer engagement

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (MBA is a plus)

Other Requirements:

  • Willing to work off-hours during network outages or urgent customer requests
  • Flexible to travel within NCR or Mindanao
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure
