We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Recruitment Staff.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Male, but Female are also welcome to apply
  • At least High School Graduate
  • At least 1 year of work experience in an overseas or local recruitment agency or manpower agency
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, platforms, screening techniques and Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Can do field works (Job Fairs)

Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements across various platforms and social media.
  • Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews or pre-screening activities.
  • Maintain and update applicant database and records.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring.
