The Coordinator responsibilities include supervision of all MDs under his/her area to adhere to the directions and policies of the company and ensure that all accounts are compliance in required merchandising standards.

Display - Ensure that all accounts and products have proper display, pricing, product highlights and good product quality

A. Display must follow approve planogram by the client and store.

B. Ensure proper product location/section

C. Display must be at maximum capacity of the shelves

D. Regular refill and request for extra display

E. Updated and completed price tag for all products

F. Products are clean and well-maintained

G. Promotional items must be properly highlighted and executed

H. Monitor all Trade promotion and activities for his/her area.

Inventory Management - Ensure that all accounts have adequate selling and warehouse inventory

A. Ensure appropriate inventory level for all carried SKUs

B. Monitor inventory stocks out and delivery

C. Monitor warehouse b.o and returns

D. Prepare suggested order based on sales trend and off-take

Relationship Building

A. Collaborate with store key personnel (store supervisor, manager, buyer, inventory clerk) with regards to the needs of the store

B. Monitor and observe customer behavior and market trends

C. Product push selling to improve off-take and product awareness

D. Collaborate and coordinate with sales team for programs and sales order

People Management

a. Monitor and ensure 100% deployment on his/her area

b. Responsible to the training of all MDs in his/her area

c. Monitor attendance and reports submission for all MDs

Reports Management

Daily

a. Attendance of the day

b. Trade Pictures based on the account visited

c. Promotion Update

d. Competitor Activities

e. Issues and concerns - report to Trade Marketing Manger/Sales

Weekly

a. Weekly Inventory report / includes out-of stocks

b. Weekly Delivery report

c. Weekly Off-take Report Sell-out

d. Consolidated attendance report

e. Promotion Update (consolidated)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree at least 2 years

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point

Extensive knowledge of retail strategies and consumer behavior

Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Exceptional ability to design creative and appealing product displays

Ability to manage people effectively
