Job Summary:
The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing business operations to drive profitable growth. This role works closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence across Portfolio Operations, Account Operations, Sales Operations, and other key business processes. The analyst contributes to change initiatives, addresses operational challenges, and supports decision-making through data-driven insights.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and business initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards.

• Support resource planning, allocation, and budget tracking efforts.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes.

• Participate in departmental planning and goal-setting activities.

• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and proactively acquire new skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in business operations, sales operations, or a related function.

• Demonstrated experience in sales operations or sales enablement.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

• A proactive, continuous learner who keeps up with industry trends and technological advancements.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.

• Relevant certifications such as Sales Analyst Certification (SAC) are considered an asset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
