I. PURPOSEThis position requires a highly responsible and professional individual to serve as both the primary driver for the CEO/COO and their family, while also providing close personal security. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality. II.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and execute efficient travel routes, considering traffic conditions and time constraints. Safely transport passengers to designated locations. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and lawful driving. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues for immediate attention.

Monitor and secure premises during transport and at designated locations. Conduct perimeter checks and ensure the safety of passengers and property. Respond effectively to security threats or emergencies.

Implement and follow company security protocols and procedures. Report any suspicious activities and incidents. Provide training to other company drivers.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform any other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time. III.

QUALIFICATIONSA. Minimum EducationGraduate of any 4-year courseB. Minimum Experience/TrainingValid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a driver and/or in security services. C. CompetencyAbility to react quickly in emergency situations. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and other relevant technologies. Strong situational awareness and risk assessment skills. Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

Background in law enforcement service is an advantage. D. Personal AttributesPhysically fit. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters.

Highly reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. IV.

WORKING CONDITIONSFlexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. May involve long periods of driving and standing.
