Work Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: Php 22,000 - Php 28,000 gross

Work Set Up: Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in Customer Support or Technical Support (WordPress background is a big plus)

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Professional, patient, and composed under pressure

Knowledge of WordPress basics, plugins, and troubleshooting

Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting customers with WordPress installation, plugins, and troubleshooting

Explaining technical issues in simple, user-friendly terms

Using ticketing/helpdesk systems to manage support requests

Guiding users step-by-step to resolve issues

Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Online and Onsite

Pay: Php22, Php28,000.00 per month
