Business Analytics Manager

The AI-Centric Business Analytics Manager is responsible for leveraging advanced data

analytics and artificial intelligence tools to generate actionable insights, ensure high-quality

reporting, and maintain process compliance aligned with ISO standards. This role drives

data-informed decision-making, process optimization, and continuous improvement through

AI-powered analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI-Driven Data Analytics and Reporting

● Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using AI and machine learning tools to

support business decisions.

● Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and automated reporting systems for

management and operational teams.

● Apply predictive analytics, trend analysis, and AI algorithms to identify opportunities and

risks.

● Collaborate with business units to define key metrics, KPIs, and AI use cases.

  1. Quality Management and SOP Oversight

● Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment

with ISO requirements.

● Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations through

AI-assisted monitoring and auditing.

● Identify gaps in processes and leverage AI tools to recommend process improvements

and enhance efficiency.

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration

● Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and AI-driven

analysis.

● Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and

AI adoption initiatives.

● Support digital transformation and AI-driven process improvement initiatives across the

organization.

  1. Continuous Improvement and Innovation

● Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and data analytics best practices.

● Lead initiatives to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and AI model

performance.

● Drive a culture of AI-driven decision-making, innovation, and quality excellence across

the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or

related field.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, AI, business intelligence, or quality

management.

● Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems.

● Advanced proficiency in AI/ML tools, reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SQL), and

data modeling.

● Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to translate complex AI-driven insights into actionable business recommendations.

Preferred:

● Experience in AI deployment for process automation and predictive analytics.

● Experience developing SOPs in ISO-certified organizations.

● Project management experience and ability to lead AI-focused initiatives.
