Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound and/or Inbound Calls

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or service requests.

2. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service using proven sales scripts and techniques.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate offerings.
  • Record and qualify leads for follow-up or handoff to the sales team.

3. Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary

4. Data Entry & CRM Updates

  • Accurately document call details, customer feedback, and outcomes in the CRM or database.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.

5. Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas, sales targets, or performance metrics.

6. Script Adherence & Call Quality

  • Follow approved call scripts, compliance guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a professional tone and high-quality customer interactions at all times.

7. Follow-Ups

  • Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads or customers as needed to close deals or ensure satisfaction.

8. Product Knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service features, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

9. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with teammates and supervisors to achieve department goals.

  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews to continually improve.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the immediate Superior (Marketing Manager)

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (any course; business or communications-related degrees are a plus)
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify language, e.g., English, Filipino, etc.].
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident phone presence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or call tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
