We are looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development professional to join our team and help us expand partnerships with U.S. employers (healthcare and other industries).

The goal: support our clients in securing employment through U.S. Work Permits (H-1B) or Green Cards (EB-3).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and reach out to potential U.S. employers with hiring needs for foreign workers.- Cultivate and maintain strong employer relationships to create long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).

  • Prior experience in business development or sales.

  • Familiarity with U.S., Canadian, healthcare sector, or other immigration systems is a strong asset.

  • Cold calling and other business development initiative experience.

  • Skilled in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, PDF editors, spreadsheets, and basic image/video editing software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A service-oriented, positive, and can-do attitude.
