A Melbourne-based boutique Digital Marketing Agency which partners with businesses who need results-driven marketing without the noise.

The Role

You will be responsible for conducting SEO audits, keyword research, link building, web analytics, and on-page SEO to optimize websites for search engines and drive organic traffic.

The Responsibilities:

  • Implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and visibility.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimise on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
  • Collaborate with content creators to deliver high-quality, search-optimised content.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to fix crawl, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and UX issues.
  • Monitor site performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Support link-building efforts and digital PR campaigns.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and search engine trends.
  • Work cross-functionally with development and paid media teams.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

You Must Have:

  • Three - five years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Solid knowledge of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript in an SEO context.
  • At least 3 years of remote work experience recently.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Local and International SEO.
  • eCommerce SEO or experience handling large-scale websites.
  • Knowledge of paid media integrations with SEO.
  • Google certifications (Analytics, Ads, etc.).
