Job description:

Accounting Head

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • At least 3 years work experience related to Accounting, preferably General Ledger or Accounts Receivables/Collections or Accounts Payable, Financial Statements and Financial Reporting

Core Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statements and Finance skills. Analytical skills, Journal Entries (Accounting), Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Fixed Assets.
  • Solid judgement along with decision making skills and strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedure.
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Lead and manage the accounting department and team members.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and standards.
  • Train and mentor accounting staff for professional development.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
