Project Management Officer (Construction and Consumer - APAC) | Bostik PhilippinesAre you a strategic thinker and project leader with a passion for driving transformational initiatives? Bostik Philippines is seeking a Project Management Officer (Construction and Consumer) to lead high-impact projects within the C&C Business Unit across APAC, focusing on M&A integration, industrial footprint optimization, and outsourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute strategic and transformational projects, including M&A due diligence, post-acquisition upgrades, and industrial footprint expansion. Develop and implement outsourcing strategies that enhance efficiency and scalability. Drive change management by promoting project management best practices and fostering an innovation-driven mindset.

Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, risk analysis, stakeholder alignment, and reporting. Lead steering committees and coordinate multi-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Navigate a complex business environment, managing financial impacts and aligning cross-regional operations.

Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Operations, Production, and Project Management with a track record of success. Strong leadership skills in multi-functional, multi-regional team management.

Expertise in various manufacturing technologies, including Water-Based, Solvent-Based, Polyurethane, PMB, and Butyl? Ability to drive strategy, raise performance standards, and deliver results under market challenges. Commercial acumen with expertise in financial planning and business impact analysis.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong cross-cultural adaptability and ability to work within a matrix organization. Willingness to travel as required.
