Office Relocation Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Relocation Project Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Relocation Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of office relocation activities and logistics.

This includes coordinating with contractors to implement project plans effectively, while ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of office relocation projects.

You will be responsible for managing project teams to meet business objectives, supporting the planning, design, and implementation of relocation activities, and monitoring progress to ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree or certification in Construction, Facilities Management, or Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Agile problem solver with the ability to think beyond standard procedures.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, backed by sound judgment.
