  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
  • Ensure that financial reports are prepared in accordance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage and reconcile all bank accounts and credit card accounts.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns and other financial reports.
  • Manage and oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Manage and oversee all payroll functions, including preparation and processing of payroll.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, documented and archived.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for management review.
  • Manage and oversee the annual budget process.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month

  • Cagayan de Oro City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
