  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems (HVAC,

plumbing, electrical, etc.).

  • Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Repair or replace defective equipment and components.
  • Monitor building automation systems and report anomalies.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and space planning.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary.
  • Support emergency response and disaster recovery efforts.

Size and Scope Information

· Coverage Area: Entire facility or multiple buildings (e.g., offices, warehouses,

production areas).

· System Responsibility: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security systems, and

general infrastructure.

· Workload: Daily tasks, 6S, scheduled preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and

project-based assignments.

· Team Interaction: May work independently or as part of a facilities team; often

collaborates with other departments (e.g., IT, security, production).
