About the role

Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Technician to join our team in Clark, Pampanga. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of maintenance and handyperson services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our client's facilities. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a variety of operations and maintenance tasks, including electrical & mechanical (Electrical Substation and Generator Set, HVAC Systems, Pumps, Motors, Blowers, Switch Gears, Compressors, Sewage Treatment, UPS, FDAS and Fire Protection), plumbing, carpentry, and general handyperson services.,
  • Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems to identify and address any issues
  • Responding promptly to service requests and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities and repairs
  • Collaborating with the facilities management team to ensure the overall efficiency and functionality of the client's premises
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to protect both yourself and others

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a multi-skilled technician in the trades and services industry
  • Proficiency in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyperson services
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and address issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and respond to their needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the client's facilities
  • Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and regulations in the maintenance and services industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,150.00 per month
