Job description:
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional certification like a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is highly preferred.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and managing financial projects is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- CAPEX Budgeting and spending monitoring - lead end to end CAPEX budgeting and monitoring process , reviewing of budget and quotation analyses
- Financial Modeling and Planning - formulate financial models for all new major projects to evaluate viability, assess risks and forecast returns. Communicate with stake holders to gather the necessary date for realistic assumptions. Provide strategic recommendations on project viability.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) - Lead the M&A process by conducting financial due diligence, preparing valuation reports, and supporting negotiations for potential acquisition or merger activities.
- Team Management - Supervise and mentor team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks. It involves providing guidance, reviewing work, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve departmental goals.

- Leadership and Team Management: The ability to effectively lead, mentor, and delegate, task, ensuring project goals are met
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet software like MS Excel
- Strategic Thinking: The capacity to provide actionable insights and recommendations that support senior management's strategic decision-making
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to identify financial issues and develop effective solutions
- Project Management: The ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and ensure their timely and successful completion
