Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Engineer based in Metro Manila. The Pre Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, preparing technical presentations, and customizing solutions to meet client requirements. The role requires close collaboration with clients and the sales team to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and assist in proposal development.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Engineering and technical expertise in IT and ICT solutions
Strong Communication and presentation skills for client interactions
Experience in Sales and Customer Service to build and nurture client relationships
Ability to offer reliable Technical Support and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with structured cabling and ICT services is a plus
