About the role Mister Donut is seeking an experienced R&D Specialist to join our talented team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our innovative food products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. What you'll be doing Conducting comprehensive research and development to create new and improved food products that align with MD's brand and customer preferences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and test new recipes, flavours, and product formulations. Analysing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Ensuring all R&D projects adhere to relevant food safety and quality regulations. Providing technical support and guidance to production teams to facilitate the successful implementation of new products Documenting and presenting research findings to key stakeholders Continuously staying up-to-date with the latest developments in food technology and safety. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field At least 1+ year of experience in a similar R&D role within the food industry. Exposed and has experience in the development of menu items specially meals and beverages (espresso-based, blended, and non-coffee). Exposed in store operations and has experience in shop process simplification. Proven track record of developing successful food products and driving innovation. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control processes Proficient in using relevant R&D software and laboratory equipment.
