Spa Therapist

The Spa Therapist at Green Canyon Leisure Farms Resort will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and services in accordance with established protocols and standards. The Spa Therapist should have a deep understanding of massage techniques and body therapies. The Spa Therapist is expected to provide personalized recommendations and contribute to an environment of relaxation, healing, and well-being for all our guests at the resort.

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, body therapies, and other wellness services as trained and certified.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout all service areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain professional knowledge of spa services, products, and trends, and actively participate in ongoing training.
• Educate guests on aftercare, spa products, and wellness practices to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, treatment history, and product usage.
• Collaborate closely with the Spa Reception and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding guest journey.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Massage Therapist or equivalent qualification in a related field (with valid license where applicable)
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a professional spa or wellness center.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body systems, and a wide range of massage modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Training in additional wellness therapies (e.g., reflexology, hot stone, aromatherapy) is an advantage.
• Passion for holistic health and wellness.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods.
