Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Assists the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring the project plans, timelines and costs · Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors ·

·Assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports

Provides logistics and administrative support as needed

Driving third-party vendors to achieve targets.

Supports third-party vendor on queries and clarifications in all technical aspects regarding projects. Prepare reports and other site documentation.

Assist third-party vendor in their site issues and give resolution in compliance with Client Standards. ·

Update site status in Kanban in daily basis with less to no error.

ADHOC Any related BAU tasks that the Project Lead/Team Lead requires

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder Preferably Engineering

Graduate in the field of Telecommunications. Highly organized person, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in Telecom Industry

Willing to extend office hours/overtime. Knowledgeable in MS Excel and the rest of the basic office software.

At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in vendor and stakeholder management.

Knowledgeable in all domain in Telecommunication such as Civil Works, Power, Telecom Works, RF is desirable.

Project Based Contract (with a possibility to extend)
