Job Summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the activities of the Materials and Engineering Department. These include preparation, review, and submission of purchasing, inventory, logistics, and the materials and engineering department's operating budgets; managing over-all direction of the Mechanical Section, Electrical Section, Instrumentation Section, and Shop Fabrication Section; the Inventory, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management Information System Sections; and managing the department's various contractors, ensuring efficient and value-for-money results of works performed.

Qualifications

• Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management skills
• Proficiency in Project Management and Software Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the manufacturing or chemicals industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Northern Mindanao, Philippines
