About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Developer (Cross-Platform) to take ownership of the development, performance, and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications across iOS and Android. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strategic team management.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned mobile developer who thrives in agile environments, is passionate about code quality and performance, and can lead a team of skilled engineers toward innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Code Quality & Review

  • Conduct 100% of code reviews across iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose).
  • Maintain adherence to industry best practices and clean code principles.

Mobile App Performance Optimization

  • Ensure apps meet and exceed benchmarks for responsiveness, stability, and load times.
  • Drive continuous performance monitoring and improvements.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a cross-functional mobile team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Agile Project Management

  • Oversee agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure sprint goals, issue resolution, and on-time delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks.
  • Recommend and implement process and technical improvements to enhance app performance and team productivity.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android.
  • Proven experience leading mobile teams in agile environments.
  • Expert knowledge of Swift & SwiftUI (iOS) and Kotlin & Jetpack Compose (Android).
  • Strong understanding of agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and inspire development teams.
  • Proactive in exploring new tools, frameworks, and practices that improve development efficiency and app quality.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
