Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, and integration technologies (APIs, middleware, web services).
  • Oversee the development and deployment of low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., SAP Build Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, Odoo) to enhance business efficiency.
  • Manage enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Zoom, , cFlow, and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Drive project management activities including scoping, resource allocation, risk assessment, and delivery, ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum/DevOps practices.
  • Supervise and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Ensure system stability, scalability, and security while supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation to maintain high development standards.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and initiative in managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or other related
  • Minimin of 5+ years application development experience, including SAP ABAP + 2–3 years leadership/management role
  • Expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, and integration technologies (APIs, middleware, web services)
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., SAP Build Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, Odoo)
  • Strong project management skills (scope, resources, risk, delivery) with Agile/Scrum/DevOps familiarity
  • Experience managing enterprise platforms (O365, SharePoint, Zoom, , cFlow, ERP/CRM)
  • Proven leadership in supervising development teams and managing vendors/agencies
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Resilience, initiative, and ability to perform under pressure while driving digital transformation
