Work Setup: 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH About the Role Lead Mobile Developer (Cross-Platform) We’re seeking an experienced lead mobile developer to take ownership of the development, performance, and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications across iOS and Android. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strategic team management. The ideal candidate is a seasoned mobile developer who thrives in agile environments, is passionate about code quality and performance, and can lead a team of skilled engineers toward innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities Conduct 100% of code reviews for iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), maintaining adherence to industry best practices and clean code principles. Ensure apps meet and exceed benchmarks for responsiveness, stability, and load times; drive continuous performance monitoring and improvements. Lead, mentor, and guide a cross‑functional mobile team; foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. Oversee agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand‑ups; work closely with leadership to ensure sprint goals, issue resolution, and on‑time delivery. Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks; recommend and implement process and technical improvements to enhance app performance and team productivity. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 9+ years of hands‑on experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android. Proven experience leading mobile teams in agile environments. Expert knowledge of Swift & SwiftUI (iOS) and Kotlin & Jetpack Compose (Android). Strong understanding of agile and Scrum methodologies. Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and inspire development teams. Proactive in exploring new tools, frameworks, and practices that improve development efficiency and app quality. Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig. #J-18808-Ljbffr
