Key Responsibilities

  • Open/close coffee bar and ensure SOP compliance
  • Prepare beverages to Good Cup Coffee standards (quality, consistency, presentation)

    Lead and supervise a team of Beverage Specialists; manage schedules and shift handovers

    Conduct quality checks and handle guest feedback professionally

    Monitor inventory, coordinate restocking, and maintain equipment cleanliness

    Ensure excellent guest experience and an on-brand, well-maintained bar
  • Submit daily sales, inventory, and incident reports
  • Coordinate with store management and support promos and product launches

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years F&B/coffee/retail experience
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods (batch brew, pour-over, cold brew)
  • POS, cash handling, and inventory management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and mall hours

Physical Requirements

  • Able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
  • Able to lift and carry items up to 12 kg (e.g., ingredient containers, cold brew kegs)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
