About the role

Bakery Felt (Bravefoods Global Holdings Inc.) is seeking a talented Barista & Front-of-House professional to join our team in our store at SM MOA. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages and baked goods.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, and specialty drinks, to the highest standard
  2. Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  3. Maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house area, including restocking supplies and conducting light cleaning
  4. Assisting with the preparation and display of baked goods and other food items
  5. Handling cash and card transactions accurately
  6. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a barista or front-of-house role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry but not required
  2. A passion for coffee and a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
  3. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  6. A keen interest in baked goods and food preparation
  7. A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to handle changing priorities
