Massive hiring forTechnical Support (CSR) role offers a full-time, entry-level opportunity to join our dynamic customer service team based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Technical Support Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their technical queries and concerns.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  2. Listening to customers' needs, understanding their problems, and offering effective solutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department for further assistance
  5. Providing feedback and insights to help improve our products and services
  6. Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  3. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  4. Basic computer and technical knowledge, or a willingness to learn and expand your skills
  5. Fluency in English and the local language (Tagalog or Visayan)
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred, but not required
